Succession Certificate & Legal Heir Helper

NOC affidavit from other heirs — free generator

When one heir files the succession petition, the others usually give a no-objection affidavit saying they consent. Fill in the details and get a structured affidavit draft you can print on stamp paper and get notarised. It runs entirely in your browser — nothing you type is sent anywhere or stored.

How to use it

Print the draft on stamp paper of the value your state requires — there is no single national stamp-paper value for affidavits, so confirm it locally — sign it before a Notary Public or Oath Commissioner (or a Gazetted Officer / Judicial Magistrate First Class, as the standard form allows), and attach it to the succession petition. Each consenting heir signs a separate affidavit. This is a draft template, not legal advice — have a lawyer check it before use.
