What this draft contains

A petition under Section 372 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925, with the particulars Section 372(1) requires: the time of death, the deceased's ordinary residence, the family and relatives of the deceased, the right in which you claim as heir, the debts and securities in respect of which the certificate is sought, and a statement that there is no impediment to the grant. Plus a verification clause. It does not include the court fee (use the fee estimator), the newspaper publication, or any annexures — those are filed separately.

Not included (coming as a paid pack): a filing-ready petition with annexure index, heir-list schedule, affidavit in support, and the NOC affidavit set as formatted documents. The paid pack will be $5–10 in USDT — the same checkout as Invoice Chaser.

Before filing, check every fact and amount, attach the death certificate and the documents in the checklist, and get the petition verified by a lawyer. This draft is not legal advice.
